At Six Senses™, we are aware of the environmental impact that returns can have. That is why we strive to keep the number of returns as low as possible. However, we also understand that there are times when a return is necessary, and we encourage our customers to contact us if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase.

Our return policy is designed with an understanding of our customers' needs, as well as with respect for the environment. We want to encourage our customers to make conscious choices when shopping and to always ask any questions they may have, which is one of the reasons why we are available 7 days a week.

At Six Sense, it is important to emphasize that our 'satisfaction guaranteed or your money back' policy is applied without hesitation. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience with us, and if a product does not meet their expectations, we will process a refund without hesitation. This will happen on the same day, and the payment will also be disbursed on the same day. It's only fair.

Please note that this does not apply to our cosmetic products. Because we believe in the power of quality, we do not accept returns of cosmetic products, and they cannot be exchanged. Simply because we cannot control what has happened to the product. Your skin is too important to take this risk.
